This hotel offers exclusive amenities and a luxurious atmosphere. the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool are perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful garden area. We had a great time trying the Special diet menus in the restaurant. the location is perfect, right by the beach and with easy access to several attractions.
the Spa center was a bit crowded and waiting times were longer than expected.

The initial room provided was not up to standard, but it was resolved the next day with a better room. Some areas of the hotel need furniture upgrades and the lobby lacked food options.

We loved the hotel facilities, especially the four amazing pools and the large kids pool next to the clean beach. The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were cute, especially Mary Rose at the Executive lounge. WiFi connection was perfect and we appreciated the kids club services for babysitting.

We recently had a delightful stay in a beautiful hotel located in a prime area close to the waterpark and top restaurants. The stunning view from the balcony takes in the Spanish restaurant and new cruise linnet terminal. Our room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed and tidy bathroom. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that featured fresh squeezed juice and the professional, courteous staff service.
We did experience long waiting times for drinks by the pool due to the crowded conditions.

The location was perfect and the facilities were well-maintained. I was actually surprised when the receptionist upgraded my room for free due to a small issue with my original reservation. The room was spacious and had a great view. I had a wonderful stay at Westin.
